Helles (pronounced “HELL-us”) is a style of pale bottom fermented beer from Southern Germany that originally was a reaction to the popularity of the pilsner. However, unlike its now commonly bastardised cousin, Helles Focuses on a richness of favour from a malt forward approach resulting in a highly quaffable tasty golden beer.
Coconut Porter 440ml Can (7% abv)
Coconut Porter is a big dark beer with a smooth silky feel and a distinguishing aftertaste thanks to a heavy coconut addiction paired with a robust English malt bill.
Pulling Down the Sun IPA 440ml Can (4.5% abv)
We made this beer originally for the long warm days during the first lockdown of 2020, a lot of us were pulling down the sun in a rush to get to tomorrow (or in a rush to feel better about drinking stronger beer!). A juicy combination of Idaho 7 and Citra hops.
Perfect beer to be enjoyed in actual or mentally projected sunshine.
