Insane Ostrich Classic Gin…
A few months ago, Kate from The Gin Kitchen wanted to make a dry martini and set about developing a classic gin. It needed to have the flavour profile of a dry gin, but with the signature texture of a Gin Kitchen gin. Insane Ostrich is that gin!
It’s subtle in flavour, with the richness and smoothness people expect from the Gin Kitchen. It makes a clean no nonsense G&T with just a twist of lime, or a naked martini: leave the bottle and two martini glasses in the freezer and simply pour the Insane Ostrich into the glasses. Garnish with a twist of lime and instead of vermouth, just wave it in the general direction of Italy.
